An industrial pharmaceutical consultant, Dr Ralph Tettey-Amlalo has business acumen founded upon academic and industry expertise within the areas of Research and Development; Medicine Registration & Manufacturing; Medicine Launch & Sales and Marketing; and Commercial & Business Development & Strategy. Throughout his academic career, Ralph received numerous awards and scholarships, held senior leadership positions at Rhodes University, and represented the university through publication and presentation of his innovative research in the fields of Biopharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Chemistry.

Translating research capability into tenable industry experience, Ralph has had in-field exposure spanning over a decade within local and international pharmaceutical companies. He ensures strict adherence to relevant legislation, not only relating to pharmaceutics, but also to labour relations in his management of staff. Through training and coaching teams, Ralph promotes internal cohesion and swift resolution of misconduct, which alongside strong strategic planning capacity, contributes towards optimal commercial development. development, he completed a MBA through the Henley Business School at the University of Reading.
