Rosemary Seneadza

Rosemary Seneadza is a lawyer with a vast wealth of experience working in the corporate world. Prior to embarking on a career in law, she graduated with a BSc degree from the University of Ghana. She then had a stint at teaching where she sharpened her communication, interpersonal and people development skills.

Subsequently, she pursued a degree in Law (LLB) and passed the Bar exam (Qualifying Law Certificate) with an elective in Banking Law.  She went into private practice in a leading law firm, where she gained in-depth knowledge in various areas of the law, including Commercial, Banking and Corporate Law. She also engaged in research and court room litigation. She obtained an LLM from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, USA with specialization in Business law.

She currently leads the Legal Department of Opportunity International Savings and Loans as Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary, with particular focus on financial inclusion and transformation for small scale entrepreneurs, while ensuring adherence to the stringent regulatory framework of the banking industry.
